Charter

These days, those ties have expanded to include a wide range of serving and veteran members from much further afield. It continues to nurture those longstanding relationships in five ways:
To provide game shooting for any Servicemen, Servicewomen and MOD civil servants, particularly those in the local area.
To provide game shooting for veterans, ex-civil servants and a limited number of civilians.
To ensure the continued availability of shooting for Servicemen and women when they return from military operations and distant postings.
To add value to the Shoot estate by engaging in works to support conservation.
To engage and participate with the local community.
Governance
All aspects of the organisation, operation and plans for the Shoot are subject to the scrutiny of the membership at the Annual General Meeting held every February. If you are a member, you can have your say. The Shoot also has a Constitution that describes its operation.
